The Board of Felines recommends allocating 40% of the 2024 annual profit of MAU Accounts DAO for an airdrop distribution to MAU token holders (excluding undistributed tokens). Based on the market price of the MAU token as of December 24, 2024, the annual percentage yield (APY) is projected to be 289.81%. This measure aims to incentivize token holders and enhance the attractiveness of MAU tokens.
For the development of MAU Accounts DAO, it is proposed to allocate 50% of the profits. These funds will be used to expand the DAO’s activities, implement innovative projects, conduct marketing initiatives, develop new products, and enter new markets. This will enable MAU Accounts DAO to strengthen its market position and ensure long-term growth.
The remaining 10% of the profits are planned to be directed toward enhancing financial stability. These funds will be allocated to increase over-collateralization for USDMAU tokens and other issued tokens, minimizing financial risks and improving liquidity.
This profit distribution plan considers the interests of Participants, the strategic goals of MAU Accounts DAO, and the necessity of maintaining sustainable financial stability.
The Board of Felines has proposed December 25, 2024, as the record date for determining accounts eligible to receive the airdrop.
This resolution by the Board of Felines is submitted for review and approval through the MAU Accounts DAO Consensus Procedure.
]]>Currently, the technological foundation for our USDMAU and MAU tokens is the Stellar platform. It has advanced capabilities, is user-friendly, and requires minimal costs (in the form of transfer fees, etc.).
After you first create your account on the Stellar platform, you cannot use it yet because the account needs to be activated. After activation, you must also add our tokens to the list of assets used by your account — in other words, open a trustline for them. In addition, any operations require paying fees in Stellar’s native cryptocurrency — Lumens (XLM). All these costs are minimal, so our bot will send you a few coins for free; just provide it with your account number (public key) — @mau_accounts_bot.
To use USDMAU and MAU tokens — receive payments, make payments, exchange, check your balance — you need to install a wallet application. There are several available, and you can choose the one that suits you best.

After installing Lobstr:
1. Be sure to save your wallet recovery phrase, keep it in a place inaccessible to others! This is the equivalent of your private key to the funds in your account.
2. You can find your public key — which is your wallet address where you will receive tokens — from the main wallet menu by pressing Receive -> Stellar address -> Copy or Share. The wallet address is a string starting with G...
Now go to the Telegram bot @mau_accounts_bot. Select the /nov command there and tell the bot your wallet address. You will receive the first few Stellar (XLM) coins to activate your account and can start using your wallet.
3. Go to the token list (Assets). Here you will see the Add Asset button. Press it to add our tokens.
In the search bar, enter MAU — our token MAU (mauaccounts.net) will appear in the list. There may be other tokens with similar names, possibly fakes issued by someone else. Do not add them. Click the Add button next to our token MAU (mauaccounts.net). Click Confirm and Proceed, then Add Asset. The MAU token will be added to your Stellar wallet and its balance will appear in your list of assets. You will be able to use it.
4. Similarly, add the USDMAU tokens.
This wallet does not ask for any unnecessary information and has open source code. It also supports an unlimited number of accounts. However, its functionality is very limited and it may not be as convenient.
After installing Solar:
1. Click “Create account”. A key pair will be created — public and private. Save your private key (for example, by writing it on paper) so you don’t lose access to your money in case of problems accessing the wallet! Never show it to anyone; the private key is literally the key to your funds in your crypto account!
2. Now you have an empty account. By going into it, press Receive to get the public key — which is also the account number (wallet address) to which tokens can be sent.
Tell it to the bot @mau_accounts_bot to receive the first few Stellar (XLM) coins and start using the wallet.
3. After receiving XLM, go to the Assets & Balances menu item — your tokens and their balances will be displayed here. Press Add Asset To Your Account here.
In the search bar, enter MAU issued by mauaccounts.net (fakes issued by someone else may be found, be careful, do not add them). When you click, the description of the MAU token will open. Here you will see ISSUING ACCOUNT — this is the public key of the issuer of our tokens — MAU Accounts DAO — it should be GABL7PXSAV4W4L32PI6E46HLLSMTEUKRDUMAY2Q6JXITNV2QCWABRAOB.
Click ADD ASSET TO ACCOUNT and you will add the MAU tokens to your account and be able to use them.
4. Similarly, add the USDMAU tokens.
You can always sell or buy the amount of tokens you need using Stellar’s internal decentralized exchange — for example, in the Stellar wallet, or Scopuly. And in our bot @mau_accounts_bot, you can exchange USDMAU for other cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies.
You can also freely exchange tokens with real people and businesses. That’s what they were created for.

Historically, money has performed several essential functions: measuring value, serving as a medium of exchange, and acting as a store of value. Money is not an end in itself, but often a necessary means without which neither security, nor development, nor freedom is possible.
In today’s rapidly changing world, familiar forms of money are actually disappearing, losing their functions. Money in the bank does not really belong to you — it can be subject to restrictions, confiscation, forced exchange, or withholding at any time. In different countries and jurisdictions, sanctions of questionable legality but undeniable effectiveness may be applied — often indiscriminately, simply based on passport or nationality.
The aggressive introduction of so-called “central bank digital currencies” (CBDC) threatens us all with the effective abolition of cash and other forms of money and their replacement with a surrogate in the form of “programmable (or managed) money” that is not really money, since every step of its conditional “owner” will be controlled by the issuer, making neither reliable savings nor free exchange possible. Thus, CBDC is not money, but merely a rationing system introduced under the guise of money, with an attractive interface in the form of a central bank application.
Obviously, solutions must be found. What money will we use today and tomorrow?
It would seem that “top” stablecoins with multi-billion-dollar capitalization (such as USDT, USDC, DAI, etc.) solve many problems. Alas, the events of 2022 (the attack that led to the collapse of one of the largest stablecoins UST (Terra), threats and blocks in other stablecoins) showed that their reliability and security are very much in question. This is tangible savings on interest and fees that do not go to third-party bankers and financiers. This is an understandable savings function — the participant understands WHAT exactly backs the stability of such a “currency” by seeing the economic life of the community. This is, finally, a market for promoting one’s services and goods, a field for activity and collaboration for those who are interested.
